Knoxville Bike Collective
For the past two days, I spent time with the Knoxville Bike Collective helping people work on bikes and riding around the downtown area. We rode around the Ijams Greenway and hung out at the quarry and cooked some awesome food.
Almost every business there has some sort of bicycle parking. It was awesome.

Time to step up the game
By riding a bicycle instead of a car you become the engine. When you become the engine, good maintenance makes for a longer lasting, better performing machine.
I’ve given up television, fast food, processed foods, smoking, meat, and now eggs and dairy. Hello veganism. I’m a little late to the game, but I’m sure to be welcomed warmly.

Counting the days
Two weeks until I go take the frame building class at Brew Bikes in North Carolina. This Friday I’m renting a car and going. I don’t care what happens after I take that class. It’s what I want to do with my life and I’m not going to let anything stop me.
